Keeping your cut flower patch in production from March to October
An evening course aimed at anyone from beginner to experienced growers with an ambition to cultivate cut flowers either for themselves, to share with friends or even for sale. We will look specifically at producing an abundance of flowers in a small space, a single bed dedicated to producing blooms from March to October.
I will cover how we keep our cut flowers productive right through the season — not just a burst of blooms and then a gap.
The Course
I’ll walk you through how I plan, plant and keep our cut flowers in production from early spring to autumn, using practical, real-world examples from the farm. We will cover all aspects of production from seeding, planting, growing through to harvesting and post harvest care.
The Takeaway
You’ll leave with a clearer plan, a better understanding of timing and succession, and the confidence to produce an abundance of cut flowers from the space you have.
