What we are about
Dave & Ber believe in local, organic, and sustainably produced food. We set up Bare Acre Farm to answer a growing desire for fresh, farm to fork produce.
Nestled on the edge of the lovely village of Loughshinny, our small but busy farm is dedicated to growing high-quality vegetables, vibrant cut flowers, and crafting small-batch preserves—all with a commitment to supporting our community.
From our farm shop and food truck to our seasonal produce boxes, everything we offer reflects our passion for real food and honest farming. We keep it simple: no shortcuts, no compromises—just great produce grown with care.
We sell directly to our customers through our own Farm Shop and from our website, you will not find our produce anywhere else.
CUT FLOWERS
Our Seasonal fresh cut farm flowers are available from March through October and our own in-house florist is happy to talk to you about events or special occasions
OUR FARM
We produce all of our farm crops to strict organic standards and without using any harmful chemicals, but we are not registered as organic nor do we intend to become so.
OUR VEGETABLES
We grow a wide range of salad vegetables. Our harvest period runs from Late April to December. We sell all of our vegetables by the box, offering our customers excellent value and the freshest vegetables
