If the farm & the farm kitchen are the engine that drive everything we do, then the farm shop is its heart and soul. It is here that we get to meet and greet our customers in a relaxed environment, and it is here, on the farm, that our customers get the truest understanding of what we’re about.

We Harvest our own fresh, organically grown vegetables every Thursday & Friday so when you visit the shop you will find it stocked with the crispest, freshest, salads, greens, fruit & Veg. Produce we do not grow ourselves, comes from local farmers who have a similar ethos to ourselves so you can be assured that the food you see is free of any harmful chemicals

Genuine, farm produced free range eggs and not always easy to find. All our eggs come from a single source. All are laid by hens that are not treated with antibiotics and have unlimited access to fresh pastures during daylight hours. We use these same eggs to feed our own family and in all of our cooking and baking for the farm shop and the Bare Acre Food Van.

From early to mid March, right through to November we harvest flowers with a wild and whimsical aesthetic from our own fields, greenhouses and tunnels with no two weeks ever being the same. We believe that like is better with flowers and so we aim to make ours affordable. Starting with Scented Narcissus and tulips and finishing with Chrysanthemums, our flowers are selected for colour, scent and vase life
