At Bare Acre Farm, we harvest our kale young and tender, ensuring optimal flavor and texture. This early harvesting makes it a versatile ingredient, perfect for both cooking and raw salads. Our kale retains its nutrient density and mild taste, enhancing dishes with its fresh, vibrant qualities.
