Are you looking for more than just a job? We are seeking motivated, self-starters to join Bare Acre Farm and Farm Shop in new roles as we continue to expand our team.

At Bare Acre Farm, we grow more than vegetables and flowers—we grow community. Since opening in 2022, we’ve grown steadily, and with targeted expansion in 2025, we anticipate the need to fill additional roles across several areas. These new positions will complement our current team, and we’re looking for candidates with skills and experience and, more importantly, the right attitude. If you’re committed, enthusiastic, and eager to develop your craft, we’d love to hear from you!

New Roles Available:

• Vegetable Farm & Packhouse: Ideal for those passionate about sustainable farming.
• Kitchen: Bakers and jam makers who bring both skill and creativity.
• Food Wagon: We’re looking for someone with food experience and fresh ideas to showcase our produce in creative ways.
• Farm Shop: Deliver excellent customer service and barista duties while sharing our fresh products with the public.
• Flower Farm & Floristry: For candidates with floristry experience and an eye for design to create beautiful arrangements.

Most roles will be based on the farm, though some may involve travel to off-site markets. A driving licence is an advantage.
