Sunny Days on The Farm

The Farm shop is surrounded by a quiet garden and beyond it is the farm with it’s rows of flowers and vegetables. It is a serene haven where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The garden offers a tranquil retreat to unwind and soak in nature’s beauty.

On sunny Sundays, the garden comes alive with visitors sitting and chatting and the sound of laughter is a balm for the spirit. On quieter days, enjoy the ambience of the farms vibrant flower and flourishing vegetable gardens which add to the colourful and peaceful landscape.

As you relax, take in the stunning view across the Dublin Mountains which provide a breathtaking backdrop to your leisurely moments. Join in the banter or just sit quietly, letting time pass by. The Bare Acre Garden is the perfect place to rejuvenate your spirit and find solace in nature’s embrace.

The Snug, a perfect escape on those cold or wet days.

The Snug is an indoor haven, perfect for enjoying a coffee on rainy days.

Designed to resemble a cozy cottage living room, The Snug exudes warmth and comfort, inviting you to relax and unwind. Soft, cushioned seating and a welcoming atmosphere make it an ideal spot to escape the dreariness outside.

Bring a book and while away an afternoon, or set up your laptop and get some work done in this peaceful retreat.

Whether you’re seeking a quiet place to relax or a cozy corner to focus, The Snug offers the perfect blend of tranquility and comfort, making every visit a restful and rejuvenating experience.

School Visits

Ber & Dave love welcoming school groups to the farm. If you would like to visit, have your teacher contact us by email at [email protected] to organise a day and a time. We offer discounted hot chocolates for all school groups.

We ask that school groups come to the farm early in the day where possible. The farm is open for school groups every on Thursday and Friday from March to December

Our staff are happy to speak to school groups and tell them a little about our farm and our animals, however, if you would like us to offer that service, you need to let us know in advance.
