- 1 large apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp for a touch of sweetness)
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 inch), peeled
- 1 medium-sized carrot, peeled
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup of cold water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash the beetroots thoroughly to remove any dirt. You can peel them if you prefer a smoother juice, but leaving the skin on adds extra nutrients.
- Peel and core the apple.
- Peel the carrot and ginger.
- Chop the Ingredients:
- Cut the beetroots, apple, carrot, and ginger into small pieces to fit into your juicer or blender.
- Juicing:
