Calabrese Cheese with spring onion

A super simple recipe for a decadent lunch or late supper

Requires:

1 large head of calabrese or several small florets

100g grated cheddar

100ml Single cream

1 bunch scallions

Salt & Pepper

Method

Break the calabrese into florets and steam (5mins on high in microwave)

Add to a casserole dish over the chopped scallions or leeks

Add the cream 

Top with the grated cheddar.

Oven roast for 20 mins at 180C
